Asphalt mixing industrial dust collector bag filter with NOMEX filter bags,  The air flow for asphalt mixing site dust collector is usually from 20000 M3/H to  60000 M3/h.   The fumes / smoke generated from asphalt batching process is high temperature up to 220 degree C instant . The key filtration solution filter media is Nomex filter bag. We will take high temperature resistant painting inside and outside of dust collector to ensure the longer working life of equipment . There will be bypass dust inside of dust collector equipment to protect the Nomex filter bags from fumes temperature over 240 degree C .
